Take Her To The Doctor
Young women between the ages of 15-30 are not visiting the GYN as often as they should. Encourage a young women you know to get her annual Pap-Smear.
National #Endometriosis Awareness Month
March is National Endometriosis Awareness Month! Celebrate the month by hosting a walk, rocking yellow, sponsoring an awareness event, etc.
Awareness Events
Sponsor an awareness event in your town. Recruit speakers (#HYRFighters and medical professionals) for your Endometriosis Awareness event!

Become An #EndoSupporter

Support a #HYRfighter
Become a constant supporter of a woman suffering from endometriosis. As an endo fighter, one of the greatest ways to get through pain is by the motivation of others. Every #HYRfighter deserves a good support system.
We will pair supporters with an #HYRfighter. You will learn more about her, her story and support her through her journey.

Organize a #HerYellowRibbon Walk

  1. Organize a group of dedicated people (10+ suggested)
  2. Coordinate a Walk - Pick a date, location, and route for your walk . Select areas that are safe to walk, but will also catch the eyes of bystanders.
  3. Create signage - Make signs and print off literature to promote Endometriosis Awareness and #HerYellowRibbon
  4. Coordinate your walking gear - Wear Yellow!
  5. Spread the word about your #HerYellowRibbon Walk - Reach out to local churches, schools, and businesses. Use social media to also promote your #HerYellowRibbon walk.
  6. Walk! This should be an enjoyable moment for everyone involved! 
  7. Reflect - Share your Walk story with us! (Pictures, videos, testimonies, etc.)
